Fast & Furious 9: Vin Diesel revela verdadera razón del retraso de la película

Mientras Tyrese Gibson ha sido duro con Dwayne Johnson a consecuencia del retraso de Fast & Furious 9, Vin Diesel ha intentado ser un tanto más justo respecto a lo que está pasando en la familia de ‘Rápidos y furiosos’.

A través de su cuenta en Instagram, el actor habló de la “fraternidad… y todas sus complejidades” en un post que acompañó con una foto suya junto a Dwayne Johnson en la franquicia. En la imagen, Toretto (Diesel) ayuda a Hobbs (Johnson) a sostenerse de pie.

“Sé que ha habido mucha especulación sobre por qué la fecha de estreno de Fast 9 fue retrasada… pero sería injusto decir que es culpa de alguien”, escribió Vin Diesel en la red social.

“A medida que trazamos el curso para expandir el universo de Fast & Furious, uno debe estar atento para balancear los caminos que estamos tomando para llegar hasta aquí. Los pilares de autenticidad, familia y lo más importante, la perspectiva de nuestros fieles fans, han sido fundamentales para haber conseguido el éxito”, agregó.

Cuando en Universal Pictures comenzaba a discutirse la posibilidad de pasar Fast & Furious 9 de 2019 a 2020, Tyrese Gibson recurrió a las redes sociales para pedirle a Dwayne Johnson que no obligara este retraso a partir del spin-off dedicado a Luke Hobbs y Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham), y cuando el estudio confirmó este miércoles la nueva fecha de estreno de la novena película y un día después de que el spin-off debutaría en 2019, Gibson agravó sus ‘golpes’ contra ‘The Rock’.

En Instagram, Gibson, el actor que interpreta a Roman en la franquicia, dio las ‘gracias’ a Johnson por hacer que las películas giren sobre él y más tarde lo llamó “payaso”.

Ahora, Vin Diesel intentó calmar las aguas a pesar de que los conflictos en Fast & Furious iniciaron por los supuestos celos del actor hacia Johnson.

“Como cualquier vehículo que ha corrido alrededor del mundo ocho veces, la franquicia necesita mantenimiento. Mi buen amigo y padrino de Universal, Ron Meyer, me concedió el tiempo para hacer precisamente eso. Tenemos algunas noticias muy emocionante para compartir pronto… manténgase atentos”, añadió Diesel antes de compartir el hashtag ##FamilyAlways.

El spin-off sobre Hobbs y Shaw será estrenado el 26 de julio de 2019 y Fast & Furious 9, aún sin título oficial, el 10 de abril de 2020.
