Game of Thrones: este actor reveló que sufre de parálisis facial

FOTOS. Hafthor Júlíus Björnsson es conocido por interpretar a Ser Gregor Clegane The Mountain (La Montaña) en Game of Thrones (Juego de Tronos), reveló que debido a que un virus atacó su organismo sufre una parálisis facial.

El actor contó a través de su cuenta de Instagram que fue al médico porque no sentía su rostro y no podía mover sus músculos, y le diagnosticaron Parálisis de Bell.

“El martes me desperté y sentí el lado derecho de mi cara un poco entumecido. Se puso peor en el transcurso del día y luego completamente paralizada. Me contagié un virus llamado Parálisis de Bell, el que provoca que la mitad de mi rostro esté paralizado. Aparentemente, puede durar de una semana o algunos meses”.

To all my dear strongman fans, I have a small announcement. Last Sunday I got very sick. On Tuesday morning I woke up and the right side of my face felt kind of numb. It got worse over the course of the day and then it got completely paralysed. My friends insisted sending me to the ER to get things checked out as they were seriously worried I was having a stroke. I spent a good amount of time at the hospital as doctors ran some tests on me. Luckily I was informed there was nothing to worry about. That I have caught some virus called Bells Palsy which causes half of my face getting paralysed. It can last from a week to a few months apparently. So please keep that in mind if you come to Europe's Strongest Man tomorrow and get pictures with me that I'm not in a bad mood I just can't really smile for pictures haha! Other than that I feel good and look forward to battling it out with the guys for the Title of Europe's Strongest Man 2017 and putting on a great show for all you guys! Bring it on!

A pesar de esta enfermedad, el actor no ha perdido su sentido del humor. “Si ven mañana al hombre más fuerte de Europa y ven fotografías mías no es que esté de mal humor, es que simplemente no puedo sonreír”, bromeó al respecto.

Björnsson ganó el título de hombre más fuerte de Islandia seis veces, y a pesar de tener la mitad del rostro paralizado, el 1 de abril, ganó el título del hombre más fuerte de Europa por tercera vez.
